 Post subject: Too Much (Schedule) Information

This one is not for the casual user. It involves the Console logs and a lot of technical detail.

If you think that your schedule is not being stored correctly and want to see for yourself, this is your chance.

When Thinking Home stores a schedule into a controller, it looks for ways to make it compact, while still being 100% correct. In addition, sun-based events are converted into numerous events throughout the year.

You can get Thinking Home to print out a low-level text version of what it is actually storing by holding down the Option key following a change and keeping it down until the schedule actually begins to store, as seen in the Activity window. At the point, all the gory details are put into the Console log (not the Thinking Home Log window.)
